![]() ![]() There is a strong overtone of rags to riches, pauper to princess type thing as well as the new partners are emperors, or lords etc on their planets. basically the story is all of the fun bits that you can imagine with very little time spent in dragging little issues that reasonable adults should be able to sort out pretty quickly. They meet, they fall in love in a chapter or so, with little to no drama, and then the rest of the book is about the woman learning interesting and surprising things about her new partner, her new planet and its culture and all of the new people in her life, The characters also solve any relationship issues that arise in a surprisingly expedient no nonsense manner which keeps the story moving forward at a really nice rate.
